Pre-order terms

These terms apply when you pre-order Deeck Pro on deeck.app before the app is released on the App Store. We have kept them short and plain; your rights as a consumer under the law always apply in full.
What you are buying
Deeck Pro is a set of features of Deeck, the iOS app for Victron systems: CarPlay, Apple Watch, remote access with Deeck Bridge or VRM, the solar forecast, advanced alarms, 90 days of history and the other Pro features listed on deeck.app. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Pro is not a separate app and not a code: it is activated on the Apple ID you used to join the list.
Who sells it
The order is processed by Paddle, the seller and merchant of record: the Paddle entity named on your receipt (in Europe, Paddle.com Market Limited) takes the payment, applies the VAT of your country, issues the receipt and handles refunds. Deeck makes the app and is responsible for delivering Pro and for these terms. We never see your card details.
Price and pre-order offers
The public price of Pro is €39.99, VAT included, paid once.
When you join the list you get a personal pre-order offer: Pro for €19.99, half the public price, for 48 hours from your sign-up. The offer doesn't renew: once the 48 hours are over, your price is €39.99. From 1 November 2026 the price is €39.99 for everyone.
The price you pay can only go down through invite credits, described below.
One pre-order per Apple ID.
Delivery
Pro is delivered on 1 November 2026, the day Deeck is released on the App Store: download the app, sign in with the same Apple ID and Pro is active. If the date changes we tell you by email; it can never move past the guarantee below.
Launch guarantee
If Deeck is not available on the App Store by 15 November 2026, all pre-orders are refunded automatically and in full, to the original payment method, without you having to ask.
Changing your mind (withdrawal)
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, and get a full refund: write to support@deeck.app or reply to the order confirmation email. If your 14 days are still running on launch day, you keep the right until they end. A refund for withdrawal also removes Pro from your Apple ID.
Invite program
After you sign up you get a personal link, whether you've bought Pro or not. For each person who joins the list with your link and buys Pro, you get €4.99.
If you've already paid your pre-order, the €4.99 comes back as a partial refund to the same payment method, and Pro stays yours. If you haven't paid yet, it becomes a credit that adds up with the others and comes off your price when you pay. In total, rewards never exceed the price you paid or, if you haven't paid yet, the public price of Pro.
A reward vests once the invited person's purchase has passed its 14-day withdrawal period: only then is the refund paid or the credit usable.
Each invited person gives one reward only, and only confirmed, paid purchases count. Inviting yourself doesn't count. If the invited person's purchase is refunded before the reward vests, the reward is removed; a reward already paid out stays yours.
The invited person gets no extra discount: they have the same 48-hour pre-order offer as everyone on the list.
The person who invited you is set when you first join the list and does not change afterwards. After the launch, Pro purchases made in the app by people you invited count too. If you have a paid pre-order, the reward stays a partial refund; otherwise the credit you earn is used with an App Store offer code of matching value, because Apple handles in-app purchases. Partner codes (for example a creator's) are used only to know where people come from and give no reward.
Same Apple ID
Pro is tied to the Apple ID you used to join the list. To use it, sign in to Deeck with that same Apple ID; the same applies to the friends you invite. If you need to use a different Apple ID, write to us before 1 November 2026.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and any dispute can be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
