Setup help

Make sure Bluetooth is on, that your Victron device has Instant Readout enabled in VictronConnect (Settings → Product info), and that you're within a few metres. Then use “Configure with PIN” in Deeck: the PIN is the same you use in VictronConnect.

Deeck Bridge

The bridge runs on a Raspberry Pi with Venus OS (or on a GX device such as the Cerbo GX). Follow the guided steps in Settings → Integrations → Deeck Bridge. If it can't be found, check the Pi and the phone are on the same Wi‑Fi.

Deeck ID and account

The account is optional: you can use the whole app by choosing “Continue without an account”. If you created a Deeck ID and want to delete it, go to Settings → Deeck ID → Delete account: we erase your data from the server and the app keeps working with the data on your phone.

Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase on the App Store, tied to your Apple ID. Use “Restore purchases” in Deeck if Pro doesn't show after reinstalling or on a new iPhone; with a Deeck ID, Pro follows you even without restoring.
